  • Collaborate with cross functional peers including system, hardware, software, controls, mechanical and thermal engineers to ensure that testing meets all design and performance requirements.

  • Analyze test results and provide clear and concise test reports and potentially root causing issues and providing recommendations for resolution.

  • Taking ownership of test and validation platforms ensures they are the right fit for the purpose, and they comply with high level company standards.

  • Drive test hardware and automation development with contract manufacturers supporting MP.

  • A hands-on experience in an electrical engineering lab environment using scopes, proves, multimeters, and power supplies.

  • Basic knowledge of common analog and digital EE systems, MCU platforms, sensors, control theory, and embedded software.

  • Experience with circuit analysis and simulation tools and have basic circuit modeling skills.

  • Comfortable working in power electronics environments, including low voltage power supplies (1kW+), electronic loads, batteries, etc…

  • Accomplishments in taking new products through mass production launches.
