ALSO is seeking a Senior People Partner to work closely with team leads, managers, and leadership to build and integrate the people strategy across the organization. This role demands comfort with ambiguity, passion for scaling early-stage organizations, and a proactive approach to people operations.
What you will do
Act as a trusted partner to leaders across the organization, particularly within Product, Engineering, and Design, to drive people and talent initiatives aligned with business goals.
Support leadership through the challenges of hypergrowth, including org design, team scaling, change management, and talent development.
Coach managers on performance management, feedback, career development, and navigating complex people situations.
Help establish and refine people programs and practices (e.g., reviews, L&D, engagement surveys) to scale with our growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless and inclusive employee experience.
Analyze people data and trends to inform decision-making and proactively address challenges before they escalate.
Champion and evolve our culture in alignment with our values, ensuring that even as we scale, we stay true to what makes ALSO unique.
What you will bring
7+ years of experience in a People Partner, HRBP, or similar role, preferably with time spent at a high-growth, product-led, start-up.
Deep understanding of the dynamics and demands of product-led organizations.
Data-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Proven success in navigating ambiguity and building scalable people programs from the ground up.
Strong coaching skills with the ability to build trust quickly and influence at all levels.
Passion for building inclusive and high-performing cultures.
The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
