The Accounting Manager will be part of a small team and will offer exposure to all areas of our end to end accounting processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and high-growth environment where you can directly impact the company’s trajectory and the world’s transition to sustainable mobility solutions.

Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
Prepare and review various financial reports including financial statements (income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement)
Assist with the implementation of accounting policies as required for new and existing US GAAP accounting standards, specifically ASC 606
Play a key role in global expansion including new entity creation, global consolidations and eliminations
Identify and execute opportunities for automation or system improvements.
Assist with the design and implementation of financial applications and integrations as we continue to build out the enterprise applications landscape
Assist with various financial administration matters such as tax return and statutory filings
Build, document, and improve accounting processes, controls, policies and procedures
Work with business partners to improve and automate end to end processes (i.e. purchasing, inventory management, etc)
Maintain files and all supporting documentation in a logical and organized fashion
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Finance or related field
8+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role or public accounting. Experience with a multi entity, international environment required.
Thorough understanding of US GAAP, particularly ASC 606, 842 and 330. Previous revenue accounting experience highly desirable.

Experience in Oracle NetSuite is strongly preferred
Excellent Excel skills
Comfortable in an ambiguous environment with little day to day direction
Strong attention to detail with ability to self-prioritize

The salary for this position ranges from $140,000-$180,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
