At Forge, we install energy-efficient heat pumps for homeowners across Greater Boston. Our mission is to help homeowners make their homes more comfortable, sustainable, and cost-effective.
We're growing quickly, and to support our expanding sales team, we're hiring an HVAC Sales Coordinator to partner closely with our HVAC Sales Experts. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of home energy sales while working alongside experienced professionals, with a clear path to becoming a Sales Expert in the next 2–5 years.
Compensation: $58,000–$65,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Work Model: Hybrid, with at least three days per week in our Newton office.
We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You'll need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy supporting both colleagues and customers. While prior HVAC experience is not required, you should be excited to learn this trade and bring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proven ability to provide timely, reliable support in a professional setting.
