We are looking for a Electronics Engineer to join our NPI team within the Operations organization.
This role is responsible for leading and supporting all electronics-related activities throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from prototype, design transfer to production, continuous improvement, and change management.
The position requires close collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, as well as strong understanding of regulated medical device environments.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner for all electronics-related activities in manufacturing.
- Support, guide, and train manufacturing and operations teams on electronic assemblies and processes.
- Lead and drive continuous improvement of ATP / FTP (Assembly & Final Test Procedures).
- Participate in Design Reviews (DRs) for electronic board development, representing manufacturing and NPI perspectives.
- Own and manage engineering changes related to electronics, and support cross-functional system-level changes as needed.
- Support design transfer from R&D to manufacturing, including documentation, test strategies, and production readiness.
- Work closely with suppliers and Contract Manufacturers (CM’s) on electronic assemblies, PCBs, harnesses and testing.
- Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
Requirements
- BSc (or higher) in Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as an NPI Engineer, working closely with R&D and manufacturing in electronics products.
- Experience working with documentation control systems (e.g., Windchill) and manufacturing ERP/MES systems (e.g., Priority), and understanding the integration between documentation and production processes.
- Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes, assembly, and production documentation.
- Experience with ATP / FTP development and optimization.
- Experience with work orders, non-conformance reporting, and issue tracking during manufacturing.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in manufacturing change management.
- Understanding of electronic harness manufacturing and integration.
- Experience working in regulated medical device environments, including process validation (ISO1348 / CFR 820 / IEC 60601 standards).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent technical English (written and spoken).
