Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting cycle - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close.
Partner with hiring managers and engineering leadership to translate complex technical requirements into clear role scopes, calibrated candidate profiles, and effective interview loops.
Proactively build and maintain pipelines of high-caliber hard-tech candidates through targeted outbound sourcing, referrals, and events.
Manage candidates through the process with rigor and care, while delivering a best-in-class, high-touch candidate experience.
Drive offers to close, partnering on compensation, leveling, and competing-offer strategy for senior and specialized technical hires.
Track and report on pipeline health and hiring metrics (funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and use data to continuously improve the recruiting process.
Champion Humble Robotics' mission, culture, and employer brand to prospective candidates in a competitive talent market.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing highly technical and senior candidates in a competitive market.
Strong ability to partner with engineering hiring managers, understand technical requirements, and calibrate on candidate quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a track record of delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and using recruiting data and metrics to drive decisions.
Eligible to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
A genuine interest in growing beyond recruiting into broader People/HR responsibilities, such as onboarding, employee relations, compensation and leveling frameworks, performance processes, and other HR operations.
Experience recruiting for startups, hardware, deep-tech, or autonomous-vehicle companies.
Experience recruiting candidates internationally.
Familiarity with technical concepts across the robotics and physical-AI stack, enough to hold credible conversations with engineers and candidates.
Experience building recruiting processes or employer-brand initiatives from an early stage.
