The Opportunity:
Jetson is looking for a Growth Designer (Motion & Creative) to produce high-quality creative across paid and growth channels. You will bring ideas to life through strong design, typography, and motion — creating work that is both visually compelling and performance-driven. This role sits at the intersection of design and marketing, with a focus on craft, speed, and iteration.
What You Will Do:
- Design creative for paid social and growth channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Create high-quality static and motion-based assets for ads and campaigns
- Apply strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across all creative
- Execute on hooks, concepts, and scripts developed with the team
- Iterate quickly on creative based on performance feedback
- Collaborate with video producers to combine strong design with compelling footage
- Contribute to evolving Jetson’s visual language across performance surfaces
- Maintain a high bar for craft, consistency, and attention to detail
What You Bring:
- 3–6+ years of experience in design, motion, or performance creative
- Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual composition
- Experience creating motion-based content (After Effects or similar)
- Strong portfolio showing high-quality digital and/or advertising work
- Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing visual quality
- Experience working with creative briefs, hooks, and concepts
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools to support design and content creation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Pay: $73,000 - $87,000
