We’re hiring Research Scientists and Engineers to help build the foundations of general-purpose robotics. You might come from robotics, machine learning, or large-scale generative models—but what matters most is the drive to turn research ideas into systems that work in the real world. If you’ve trained foundation models, thought deeply about VLMs and VLAs, and want to bring those ideas onto real hardware, you’ll fit right in. This role is end-to-end: developing new approaches, scaling training systems, and working hands-on with robots to understand what actually matters. We’re looking for people who take ownership, move easily between research and engineering, and want to see their work show up as real robot behavior.
