Tenstorrent is looking for a leader who can help customers own their silicon future as they deploy industry leading RiscV based IP designs in their products. You will work closely with engineers who design and implement CPUs, System components, DV tools, FPGA prototypes, compilers and more. Success in this role will entail putting everything together in a portfolio and ensuring that customers find deploying Tenstorrent IP a fun experience!
A strong CPU and/or CPU based SOC background with a foundation in design and verification methodology is essential for this role. Prior experience managing cross-functional teams and a mindset that is excited by planning and thrives on execution would be great. And if you’ve got a background in putting together and delivering IP, then you’ve just crossed the rubicon!

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX, however we are also open for remote candidates in the US.

What We Need
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Deep expertise in CPU architecture, SoC integration, and design/verification methodologies
- Proven track record of design or DV ownership and leading engineering teams
- Strong ability to align teams, influence organizational objectives, and drive execution
- Hands-on experience with IP packaging, delivery workflows, and customer enablement

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
