As a Recruiting Operations Specialist for Tenstorrent, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the candidate experience. This person will play a significant role in everything from process creation and improvement to hiring manager communication, template and system setup and tools maintenance. Our goal is to make talent operations scalable and seamless, and to provide exceptional candidate and hiring team experience.

This role is hybrid based out of Belgrade, Serbia, Warsaw, Poland or Gdansk, Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting coordination - scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and managing associated tracking and documentation
  • Manage Greenhouse instance, supporting candidate management, process implementation, candidate and hiring team follow-up, dispositioning, and other tasks as needed.
  • Manage and support implementation of talent team tools and directly support tool integrations and support processes
  • Demonstrate consistent adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Communicate directly with hiring teams and managers, “manage up” and make sure that processes that require human inputs function smoothly and on-time
  • Support automation of functions where appropriate, and develop templates and communications
  • Support build-out and dissemination of reports for key stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters and recruiting managers where appropriate
  • Make recommendations to improve recruiting processes to help us operate more efficiently at scale
  • Build and maintain process documentation and hiring plans

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years in Coordination or Talent Operations in a high-volume or scaling tech-company environment
  • Strong ability to multitask, and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with G-Suite - specifically excel/sheets
  • Experience with Lever/Greenhouse or other ATS tools
  • A proven track record of developing best practices, and recruitment coordination strategies
  • Proficient in analyzing data, presenting solutions, and making data-driven decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport & professional relationships.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
