Tenstorrent is building a world-class technical organization at the intersection of hardware and software. As an Executive Assistant, you will operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring time, focus, and execution are aligned with the most important priorities across the organization.
This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA.

Who You Are
- Proven Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, technical or engineering-driven environments.
- Operates as a strategic partner, not just an administrator, with strong ownership and initiative.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and ability to prioritize across competing demands.
- Strong communicator with sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Curious about AI and comfortable navigating ambiguity while adapting quickly as priorities shift.
What We Need
- Own and optimize a complex executive calendar, aligning time with organizational priorities and protecting focus while moving fast, anticipating needs, and executing with minimal direction.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication and information flow.
- Coordinate travel, onsite visits, and events to maximize efficiency and strategic impact.
- Support operational and cross-functional initiatives including hiring, planning, and special projects.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
