About the role
We are actively hiring Battery Technicians / Electricians for a high-impact project in Lincoln, NE. This is a great opportunity for experienced electrical professionals looking for consistent hours, strong per diem, and immediate work.
This role supports battery system installation and electrical work in a fast-paced project environment. Candidates should be comfortable working extended hours and contributing to a team focused on safety, quality, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, wiring, and basic troubleshooting of battery systems
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Support electrical construction and system integration activities
- Follow all site safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Work collaboratively with site leadership and team members to meet project timelines
What we're looking for
- Experience as an Electrician or Battery Technician (industrial or construction preferred)
- Ability to work 60+ hours per week in a project-based environment
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and job site safety
- Willingness to travel and work extended schedules
Requirements
- OSHA 10 certification (required)
Employment is contingent upon successfully meeting all pre-employment requirements, including drug screening and background check, in accordance with applicable laws.
Compensation & Perks
- $27/hour + overtime opportunities
- $150/day per diem (paid 7 days/week)
- Mobilization and demobilization pay (based on travel distance)
- Opportunity for continued placement after project completion
