About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to own and execute the go-to-market strategy for U.S. federal, defense, and intelligence customers. This role combines product marketing, demand generation, and field marketing, and works closely with Sales, Product, and BD to drive pipeline and growth in the public sector cybersecurity market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own B2G marketing strategy for federal, defense, and intelligence agencies
- Lead product marketing: positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation
- Build and execute demand generation programs (ABM, campaigns, content, events)
- Develop compliant content for government buyers (decks, briefs, use cases, RFI/RFP support)
- Support sales and capture teams across procurement cycles
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and tools; stay highly execution-focused

Requirements
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B/B2G marketing experience
- Proven experience in defense and/or intelligence markets
- Strong product marketing background in cybersecurity or complex technology
- Deep understanding of federal procurement and buying processes
- Hands-on mindset, comfortable doing and leading
- Experience working closely with Sales in the DC ecosystem
Nice to Have
- Network in DoD, IC, DHS, or federal system integrators
- Experience with Zero Trust, threat intelligence, or cyber defense solutions
