Position Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Account Executive based in the Netherlands to drive Toka’s expansion across European government, intelligence, and law enforcement markets.

This is a complex, multi-country role requiring someone who can operate across cultures, navigate diverse regulatory environments, and build trust in highly sensitive government ecosystems.

More than a strong salesperson, we are looking for a credible operator - someone who understands how European government systems work from the inside, and knows how to turn access into meaningful business.

Who You Are

You are not new to this world - you’ve worked in it, around it, or closely alongside it.

You understand the complexity of European government environments - the different stakeholders, the pace, the sensitivities, and the importance of trust.

You know how to operate across borders, adapt your approach, and still drive deals forward.

Today, you bring that experience into a commercial role, combining credibility, network, and a strong drive to win.

  • Based in the Netherlands
  • Native Dutch speaker + fluent English (additional European languages are a strong advantage)
  • Experience working in or with government, intelligence, or national security organizations in Europe
  • Strong network within relevant agencies or ecosystems
  • Proven success in B2G / government sales and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals

  • Drive Toka’s expansion across multiple European markets
  • Build and execute a regional go-to-market strategy

Relationship-Driven Sales

  • Build trusted relationships with government and intelligence stakeholders across Europe
  • Navigate cultural and organizational differences between countries

Business Development

  • Identify, shape, and close new opportunities across multiple territories
  • Own the full sales cycle - from opportunity creation to contract closure

Strategic Selling

  • Navigate complex procurement processes across different European frameworks
  • Position Toka’s solutions in mission-critical use cases

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain relevant European security clearances (as required)
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
