About Veev

Veev is leading the transformation of the construction industry with an innovative approach to modular home construction. Veev’s prefabricated closed-panel systems allow homes to be assembled efficiently on-site while delivering a more sustainable and higher-quality final product than traditional construction. As a new subsidiary of Lennar, Veev leverages the strength and scale of its parent company while maintaining the speed and disruptive approach of its roots as a Silicon Valley-based startup. Veev has developed a vertically integrated approach that involves multidisciplinary collaboration across real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction.

This role is critical to Veev's mission of transforming the construction industry with modern, sustainable, and efficient construction techniques. In this role, you will directly contribute to the continuous improvement and refinement of released product designs, ensuring their performance and constructability at scale.

The Role

This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced BIM platforms, collaborate cross-functionally with structural, MEP, and production teams, and help scale modular home construction.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and updating detailed BIM Revit models (LOD 400+) to support released product lines.
  • Responsible for coordinating architectural changes with internal engineering, manufacturing, and construction stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of updated permit, fabrication, and construction documentation packages.
  • Support field and factory operations with drawing clarifications and design documentation updates.

    • Understanding of construction documentation workflows, factory production requirements, and on-site implementation.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
    • Ability to receive and integrate feedback across design, manufacturing, and field teams.
    • Organized and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    • Familiarity with US building codes and construction standards; California experience preferred.
    • Experience working in modular or industrialized construction environments is a plus.
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelors in Architecture or equivalent.
    • 4–7 years of experience in architectural roles with a focus on documentation, coordination, and design refinement.
