About the Role

We are recruiting for a role in our R&D branch in Poland. The position sits within the Operations team, which is growing alongside the engineering organization and plays a key role in supporting its scale-up. This is a great opportunity to join the company at a dynamic stage of growth and have a real impact on shaping processes. Work is primarily office-based, with only minor exceptions.

What You'll Do

  • Providing day-to-day operational support to the Manager
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the office (cooperating with office service providers, ordering office supplies and equipment, handling customs clearance processes)
  • Supporting visitors from HQ during their stay in Poland
  • Cooperating with the AP team, Finance team, Engineering team, Recruiting team
  • Organizing and coordinating internal trainings and events (at the office, in Kraków and offsite locations)
  • Organizing and managing office storage and inventory
  • Managing recruitment processes (conducting first-round interviews, preparing employment contracts, coordinating onboarding processes)

What You Bring

  • University degree
  • Several years of experience in administrative and office-related roles
  • Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
  • Very good knowledge of Google tools and office equipment
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to deadlines and quality of work
