Who Are We

Industrial labor is incredibly dangerous work - almost 3 million people in the US per year are injured in the workplace for entirely preventable and at times, fatal or debilitating causes. Protecting these essential people who power our world is what motivates Voxelitos, and we'd love for you to join us. At Voxel, we're passionate about revolutionizing workplace safety and operations with groundbreaking, full-stack AI and computer vision technology.

Voxel’s site intelligence platform helps safety and operations leaders see the unseen risks, make strategic decisions, and prevent workplace incidents before they happen. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies across major grocers and retailers, manufacturers, food and beverage warehousers, supply chain and logistics service providers. Based in SF with team members sitting all over the globe, Voxel is backed by industry leading VC’s.

The Role

As an Events Marketing Manager at Voxel, you will play a key role in executing and scaling our tradeshow and field events program to support pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility.

Sitting within the Marketing team, you will own the day-to-day planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, while partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure events are well-coordinated and tied to measurable business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone early in their events marketing career who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing logistics end-to-end, and is excited to grow into a strategic events leader over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end execution of Voxel's tradeshows and field events, including logistics, vendor coordination, booth management, and on-site execution.

  • Support annual event calendar planning and assist in identifying high-impact industry events aligned to GTM priorities.

  • Manage pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up campaigns.

  • Execute High-Impact Logistics: Manage all operational details for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including vendor negotiations, venue selection, staffing coordination, and inventory management.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to ensure seamless lead routing, ROI reporting, and alignment with GTM priorities.

  • Manage Budgets & Operations: Full ownership of the event marketing budget, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and maintaining the efficiency of swag and booth design assets and event branded attire.

  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product Marketing and Partnerships on webinars, customer dinners, and partner-driven events to ensure a unified brand presence.

  • Track and report on event performance metrics, including leads generated, pipeline influence, and engagement.

  • Continuously improve event processes, documentation, and workflows to help scale the program efficiently.
