The role

We’re looking for a creative, analytical Digital Marketing Lead to own and scale our digital presence across channels. This role will be responsible for building and executing digital strategies that grow awareness, engage audiences, and generate measurable impact as we bring autonomous driving technology to the world.

You will design and deliver campaigns across web, social, email, paid media, and emerging digital platforms - optimising performance through data-driven insights and continuous experimentation. This role will sit at the intersection of brand storytelling, demand generation, and analytics, making sure our digital footprint reflects Wayve’s leadership in AI and autonomy.

As part of the founding Marketing team, you’ll work closely with Communications, Operations, and Product to craft digital experiences that resonate with global audiences - from automakers and investors to researchers, policymakers, and the public.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead digital marketing strategy and execution across web, social, email, SEO/SEM, and paid media.
  • Own the company website and digital ecosystem, ensuring content, UX, and performance align with brand and business objectives.
  • Support with blog writing, social copy/editorial calendars and website copy
  • Plan, launch, and optimise digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage analytics and reporting for digital channels, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Communications to align digital campaigns with product launches, partnerships, and corporate milestones.
  • Explore and pilot new digital channels, tools, and content formats to keep Wayve’s marketing innovative and future-facing.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver best-in-class creative and media performance.
  • Build and maintain editorial calendars across digital platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful brand voice.

About you

Essential

  • 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with proven success managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, web management (CMS), email marketing, and social platforms.
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) to measure and optimise performance.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Ability to balance creativity and data - crafting compelling content while being metrics-driven.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and ambiguity, with a bias for action and ownership.

Desirable

  • Experience in automotive, autonomy, AI, or deep tech industries.
  • Familiarity with global campaign execution across UK, US, Europe, and Asia.
  • Background in account-based marketing (ABM) or B2B demand generation.
  • Skills in design, video editing, or other creative production.
