The role

Wayve is building the future of autonomous driving, and the Wayve Portal is our SaaS platform powering the ecosystem of tools and data for our customers and partners. We are looking for a Platform Engineering Manager to lead the foundation of this platform and build a world-class team.

What you’ll do

  • Build and lead a multidisciplinary team across DevOps, Infrastructure, Platform, Integration, and Support.
  • Define and drive processes for infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and release management.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the Wayve Portal.
  • Establish best practices for incident response, customer integration, and technical support, ensuring smooth delivery and operations.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps leadership within a SaaS or cloud-native environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes/containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
  • Proven ability to build and scale teams, creating processes that improve reliability and speed of delivery.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.

Experience in customer integrations, support operations, or release management is a plus, but not required — you’ll have the opportunity to hire and grow specialists in these areas.

We understand that everyone has a unique set of skills and experiences and that not everyone will meet all of the requirements listed above. If you’re passionate about self-driving cars and think you have what it takes to make a positive impact on the world, we encourage you to apply.
